Light Changes II - Original oil painting

This textural original oil painting is the 2nd in a series inspired by watching the light, weather and mood change over the Islands of the Outer Hebrides viewed from the rugged coastline of The Isle of Skye. The colours used are limited and harmonious. The four paintings work together as a group, or individually. The white frame lightens the overall feel. The mist is rolling over the mountains in the distance evoking the mystery of these ancient structures.
